1.2 Definition and Scope
Prices in the web shop are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
2.2 Prices subject to change
Prices of the products in the webstore are subject to change without notice, but will remain the same as at the time of the customer's order.
2.3 Payment methods and security
RTF accepts a variety of payment methods through PayPal Express Payments.
2.4 Foreign Transaction Fees
As a US based webstore, your bank or credit card provider may charge you a foreign transaction fee on your purchase. RTF does not reimburse customers for Foreign Transaction Fees.
3.1 In stock items eligible for ordering
Only products that are marked as “In stock” are eligible for ordering. Products that are marked as “not in stock” cannot be ordered. Asema reserves the right not to deliver in case of an error in the stock level at the time of receiving Customer's order. If Asema is unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation, Customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel or change Customer's order. Asema is not obliged to deliver an alternative product if the product is not available or delayed. If Customer orders multiple items, Asema will make a delivery only if all items in the order are in stock. Asema does not make partial deliveries.
3.1 Product images
Product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. The products may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Perceived differences between the images on the website and the actual product are no ground for return. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by Customer.
3.3 Handling time
RTF aims to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days after receiving payment. If handling exceeds 7 working days Customer will be informed. In accordance with EU legislation, Asema has thirty days in which to perform the contract. If Customer's order is not available, Customer shall be reimbursed within thirty days.
3.4 Force majeure
RTF shall not be liable for delays and damages caused by an impediment beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably taken into account, and whose consequences it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. Force majeure is considered to be, for example, industrial action, illness of staff, export and import bans and disturbances in transports. If a force majeure continues over three months, both RTF and Customer shall have the right to cancel orders without obligation to pay compensation for non-compliance or delay.
4 Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information
It is Customer's responsibility to provide RTF with correct and clear shipping information. If an item is returned by our delivery service/mail/shipping partner, due to incorrect shipping information, Customer’s order will be refunded in full, less the original shipping costs. If an order is incorrectly delivered due to incorrect or unclear shipping information, RTF bears no responsibility.
4.2 Shipments missing or damaged
Missing or damaged shipments will be handled on a case by case basis.
4.3 Import customs & taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all possible import customs and taxes.
4.4 Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping and handling costs are automatically added to Customer's order, based on the weight of the order or and the shipping information provided.
5 Return policy
5.1 Return Period
At this time, RTF cannot except returns for any order placed upon www.rtfresources.co.uk. If customers need to have the option of returning all or part of an order, customer should place an order with our international webstore found at: http://stores.rtfresources.org/.
A full refund, including shipping costs, will be paid within 30 days in the following circumstances:
- RTF fails to deliver the physical products (Books or Ministry Supplies) within 30 days.
5.3 In case of faulty product
The customer is responsible for inspecting the received products within 5 days after delivery. Any faults or defects should be reported to RTF, within two days after discovery. Unless proved otherwise, any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 7 days of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity. If a fault or defect is discovered after 7 days , Customer will need to prove that this was not the case upon receipt.
5.4 Not responsible for damages through delivery
All of our physical products leave our printer in new and unused condition. RTF is not responsible for damaged shipments. Once an order is handed over to the delivery service/mail/shipping partner, responsibility transfers to them.
6 Law & Jurisdiction
6.1 US Courts
United States law will be applied to all disputes arising under this Terms and Conditions. . All disputes arising under the T&C which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Henderson County North Carolina, United States.
7 Privacy & Security
All payments on the RTF Resources Webstore are handled by Paypal Express Payments. All payment data transfers are SSL encrypted . Customer can see the encryption symbol, a lock, in the browser - this means that unwanted outsiders cannot access Customer's data. RTF does not save payer's bank or bank card data. Payment data is directly transferred to the chosen payment method provider.
